# Renting/leasing system

### Renting

The Gravity Hub development team has extensive experience in the gaming world, which is why they understand the need for players that often want to try different playable combinations. On the other hand, many of the players spend a large part of their day working, studying and doing other activities, so during that time they do not use their NFTs.

Taking into account these two aspects, we believe it is appropriate to introduce the possibility of renting NFTs to other players so that they can practice, try new combinations, test if an NFT is compatible with their game before making an investment. It is also a benefit for those players who can not play for long hours, making an earning by renting their NFTs. This also applies to the most competitive who would like to test the NFTs characters of those pro players who are leading the TOP ranking.

The system works by placing the desired NFTs for rent in the Marketplace within the hours that the player knows he/she will not be able to play, for a period of 12 hours, in which the owner of the NFT will not be able to use them given the case that they have been rented. After that time, they are automatically returned to the owner's account. If an NFT was placed for rent but no one decided to rent it, the owner can retrieve it at any time.

### Leasing

The leasing system is another of the advanced systems that we propose for developers and users. This allows users to acquire NFTs through the marketplace without having to buy them. The system is simple, when the user finds a NFT available for bidding, he selects how much he wants to divide the profits, one part to pay the leasing and another that would accumulate in the form of a balance in his account. Once the NFT leasing is finished, the player's accrued salt will be unlocked and he will be the owner of the NFT in question.
