# Operators

Our strategy is to work with key regional partners to operate Gravity locally, capitalizing on their existing user base, licenses, contacts, and expertise.

Our regional partners will be responsible for local content acquisition, marketing, events, customer service, payments, taxes, licenses, and national regulations, operating the platform locally in the same way that we do globally.

As the platform owners, we ensure that the platform is fully functional, maintained, and new features are added as needed.

We design our partnership terms to align our interests with those of our regional operators, incentivizing them to migrate their entire user base to Gravity, distribute their games exclusively with us, and align interests with our token holders. Our regional partnerships make Gravity more appealing to game developers, as they will be able to launch their games internationally at a lower cost and with greater ease than is currently possible.

The GVT we provide to our operators is locked and vested, ensuring that the platform's incentive is not only to generate revenue but also to increase the value of our ecosystem. The tokens can then be used to incentivize users to join the platform through various contests, giveaways, and joint actions with key gaming media and actors.
